Rev. Tsang majored in Missiology and Missionary Anthropology at Fuller Theological Seminary. Returned to Hong Kong in 1998, he served as a missionary pastor and leader of a parachurch organization and has been teaching at ABS since 2006 on full-time basis. He is involved in missionary and training ministries for Indochina and China and serve as board members of several missionary societies for years, assisting in the promotion of missionary ministry among churches.
