The mission of the library is to build, maintain and provide quality resources and effective library services to support the curriculum of the Seminary meeting the learning, teaching and research goals. The Cheung Chau Wu Mo Tak Memorial Library, a three-story building, was established in 1986.  A bridge was built in 2008 to connect the library and the Jeffray Building as the new wing to the library.

This library holds more than 96,000 volumes of monographs and subscribes to over 60 English and Chinese journals.  The Lui Ming Choi Library is a branch library located in the Wan Chai City Campus.  It holds more than 14,000 volumes of monographs.  There are more than 84,00 e-books and 3,700 e-journals available.

The ABS Library is a member of EIN (Ecumenical Information Network).  It is the largest theological library network in Hong Kong.  Users can access to more than 510,000 records in the EIN Union Catalogue and borrow through the member libraries.
